Our specialty! We offer TIG welding to meet highest standards. We can meet your, or your specific industries weld inspection criteria for destructive and non-destructive testing including X-ray. Our specialty is Stainless Steel for the Sanitary industry but we also have experience welding, CuNi, Hastelloy, Grade 4 CP Ti and Ti metals, 3000, 5000 and 6000 series Aluminum, Inconel, CRS and Chromoly.
Using the latest in inverter based tig welding machines we can weld steel materials from .008” to 1” thick and aluminum from .015” to 1” thick. Our specialty is tube and pipe fabrication for the food and pharmaceutical and automotive industries, but we also provide welding services for aerospace, tool/die and mold repair, shaft overlay for heavy industrial conveyors and pistons etc.
With in house machining capabilities we can take care of both pre and post welding machining operations or work with your machine shop to provide parts welded to spec for secondary machining operations.
We understand with repair work you needed the repair done yesterday, we can serve you with either our mobile crew available across North America or in house work at our shop in Abbotsford BC. On short notice we can cnc machine custom heat sinks, fixtures, purge shields and dams to perform the quality and reliable welds you need get your specialty parts repaired and out the door.
We currently provide manual and semi automatic tig welding processes; we are currently working on a fully automated tig system with cold wire feeder and hope to have this service available to our customers for the summer of 2009.
